Techzenergy.com is the flagship product of ZenergyRising LLC.
ZenergyRising was created in January of 2018 by James and Kelly MacInnis, and Chris Galazzi, combining their corporate and unique individual expertise to address the specific needs of the biomedical equipment maintenance community. It is a joint venture of Zenergy Inc, Rising LLC, and Kelly MacInnis.
Curtis Lightburn has extensive experience helping B2B technology companies grow, both through growing the customer base and investing in the areas of highest return. Curtis was previously with Boston Consulting Group for 14 years, helping define growth strategies and go to market approaches, and then implement for successful execution and achievement of results. Curtis has deep understanding of how to engage customers, understand their challenges, define their path forward, and help them execute.
Prior to BCG, Curtis had substantial experience in capital raising and B2B. He has worked directly with investors and analysts across a range of firms, for both very large established corporations as well as early stage high growth companies. He has also sold directly to customers and built and managed channel partnerships to help grow revenues and deliver customer outcomes.
Curtis’ focus is always on growth, customer outcomes and value creation all of which of course are highly interrelated.
Kelly MacInnis is an autodidact software engineer and systems integrator prodigy with over 35 years of experience solving apparently intractable data and business related software and hardware incompatibilities.
He has developed applications and solutions in manufacturing, data management, and the systems integration space for the US Air force, US West, Standard and Poor’s, internet startups and others as well as Geo-spatial solutions for Core-Logic. Kelly is adept at understanding complex systems rapidly and creating solutions to multi-layered problems that others can’t see, and then leading a team to develop and launch tight and efficient software, on time, and on budget.
He credits his 35 years of intuitive
programming solutions to a combination of his meditation practice,
with his broad employment experience in construction, auto mechanics,
farming, fishing, and the food service industry. By using his
subconscious mind and imagination as learning tools, coupled with
wakeful dreaming and the embracement of learning positive lessons
instead of shame from failure, Kelly has developed a lightning fast
ability to problem solve using code as his color pallette.
“I resolve programming problems and create new designs by looking at
what is desired, looking at what is there, and studying what is
possible. Then I go do something else for a while. Possible solutions
start emerging. When they do, I test them until I find one that best
meets the desired goal. While I am waiting for solutions to emerge, I
study spiritual practices, religions, and how individuals and groups
interact in their collective best interest.”

Chris Galazzi founded Zenergy, Inc. in 2004, as a marketing and project management service to pro-social individuals and business ventures. Zenergy conceives and executes uniquely tailored strategic knowledge growth, by creating an environment of trust where innovation and joy can flourish alongside profitability.
Zenergy has worked with the online innovation accelerator Invention City, methane to energy start up Feed Resource, animal welfare NGO IFAW, social marketing service Changents, utility scale solar finance Solbridge Energy, healthy foods producer Applegate Farms, and education software developers and service providers Strawz, OKTV and the Toy Library, among others.
Prior to Zenergy Consulting, Chris spent 15 years as a business development specialist in Silicon Valley, New York City and Hollywood, developing interactive television technology products and services for a number of ventures including American Express, AT&T and pre/post IPO Wink Communications, where he executed over 30 licensing Agreements.
